Suburban Green Projects

Onondaga County Save the Rain Suburban Green Infrastructure Program has provided grants for municipalities within Onondaga County’s consolidated sanitary district to install green & innovative infrastructure to reduce inflow & infiltration into the sewer system. SGIP funding has been awarded each year since 2012, totaling 28 projects receiving funding of $ 5.7 million.
