The project scope incorporated several components including streetscaping with enhanced tree plantings in the right-of-way; installation of porous pavers in parking lanes; use of infiltration trenches and stormwater planters; and additional landscaping features throughout the footprint of the block.
The project was being developed in conjunction with the private renovation of 323, 325, and 327 E. Water Street and is part of the long term strategic vision for a green corridor along E. Water Street from S. Warren Street to Erie Boulevard.
